Today was a great blissful day ! Arrived at Shah Alam Aquatic Centre around 9 , went for warm up and then rest . waited for my freestyle event . Event number 218, Heat 3, Lane 8! :PPP my timing wasnt that bad as yesterday tho. 38 seconds! there were also a few records on todays 100m/50m backstroke too . weeeeee* . my legs and my shoulders are hurting very badly! below are the pictures that i took today , but not all! moree to come .
